GREEN SMOOTHIES FOR BEGINNERS – BENEFITS, PREPARATION AND SHOPPING LIST

I’ve been drinking Green Smoothies for almost 3 years now and I’d never want to miss it again. After a short period of adjustment, you will feel all the positive effects that I have also experienced and experience again and again best green drink.

What are the benefits of green smoothies? Why daily 1 Green Smoothie?

Green smoothies are very valuable lifeblood. I usually drink them in the morning for breakfast or even as a “breakfast substitute”. How do I prepare green smoothies?

Green smoothies are easy to make. You do not need more than a good blender, fresh fruit, vegetables, green leafy lettuce and a bit of liquid (water). As a mixer recommendation for beginners I speak again and again for the Philips HR 2095/90 . I had the predecessor model for 2 years and he has served me well! In addition, I hear a lot of good from this WMF power mixer. He has a great value for money!

You do not need any special recipes for your Green Smoothies, although you may find some delicious recommendations from my Green Smoothie eBook. What you really need are some good ingredients and a nice selection of fruits, vegetables and lettuce.

My shopping list for green smoothies:

  • Lamb’s lettuce
  • fresh spinach (if you get it)
  • fresh kale
  • Blattsalatmix (to buy in many variants)
  • apples
  • bananas
  • pears
  • pineapple
  • kiwi
  • Berries (also TK berries are good)
  • fresh cranberries (if you get them)
  • Ginger (if you like)
  • avocado
  • cucumber
  • fresh mint

If you buy these ingredients fresh and are reasonably stocked, then you can discover the full range of Green Smoothies for you. If you do not get some ingredients, look at Lebepur.
